This piece is my personal representation of Dana Gioia's Poem, "An Angel with a Broken Wing". After having the pleasure of hearing Dana read his poem aloud at the 2024 Notre Dame di Nicola Conference, I was struck by the words and longed to create an image of what my heart had seen as he spoke. I
